A lei do tráfico na horda brasileira: o Nome-do-Pai na criminalidade / The traffic's law at brasilian horde: the Name-of-the-Father in crime

Partindo do estudo da violência que ocorre no distrito de Sapopemba, interrogamos se o significante do Nome-do-Pai se mantém como baluarte à criminalidade. Primeiramente, investigaremos como a desagregação da família incide como causa da entrada no crime. Após constatar que não há uma dicotomia tão bem demarcada entre família e tráfico, mas uma fronteira tênue entre os dois mundos, demonstraremos que o pai é sempre uma figura carente e decrépita. Por fim, concluímos que, no crime, há a inscrição do significante do pai como aquele que permite o pacto entre os irmãos, o que se explicita na irmandade pelo Nome do Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC).(AU)

Based on the study of violence that takes place in the district of Sapopemba, a district on East of São Paulo, we asked whether the signifier “Name-of-the-Father” remains a bastion to crime. At first, we investigate how the family’s disintegration could be the cause of crime’s entrance. After discovering that there is not such a well-defined dichotomy between family and trafficking, but a subtle border between the two worlds, we demonstrate that the father is always a needy and decrepit figure. Finally, it is concluded that in crime, there is a signifier register that allows a pact between brothers, which is made explicit on the brotherhood by the “Name-of-the-PCC”.(AU)
